Ibiza is famous for its nightlife, and if you’re up for a party then a honeymoon here in the summer months could be perfect for you. But what a lot of people don’t know is that away from the legendary party scene, Ibiza can be the perfect spot for a relaxing Balearic Islands honeymoon, with isolated coves and sleepy villages.

If you want to squeeze a touch of adventure into a relaxing beach honeymoon, then Tenerife is the place for you. You can spend your days chilling out on the beach, but you can also have the adventure of a lifetime by summitting the Teide volcano, the highest mountain in Spain. Spend a night in the refuge on the mountain, marvel at the stars and get up in time to catch the sunrise.

If you’re looking for quiet honeymoon destinations, then the small Canary Island of La Gomera is a fantastic option. It’s one of the lesser-known Canary Islands, has a fascinating history and is fantastic for hiking.
